lib32go9-dbg software package provides Runtime library for GNU Go applications (32 bit debug symbols), you can install in your Ubuntu 16.04 LTS (Xenial Xerus) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install lib32go9-dbg
lib32go9-dbg is installed in your system.
Make ensure the lib32go9-dbg package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep lib32go9-dbg *
You will get with lib32go9-dbg package name, version, architecture and description in a table
